The City of Missoula and the NMCDC seek one curatorial intern to provide support for the continued interpretation, preservation and outreach for the Moon-Randolph Homestead Historic District. This position will be exposed to the many facets of a community-based historic preservation program; organizing and archiving artifacts, creating and installing interpretive displays, outreach and tour leading, and some hands-on carpentry and maintenance. 

The intern will work in a collaborative setting through a partnership consisting of municipal agencies, City Parks & Recreation – Conservation Lands Management, City Planning - Historic Preservation Office, and the NMCDC, a nonprofit devoted to community development, and will work with an enthusiastic staff of preservation and conservation professionals.
