Wow, folks! What a great year 2021 has been for the Moon-Randolph. A vibrant community of folks have given their love, energy, and support this year to this unique and special place. Together we have cleaned out the Tack Shed, inventoried and organized the Moon Cabin Archives, improved our interpretation of Séliš and Ql̓ispé history (a work still in progress!), pruned the Heritage Orchard, mended fences and gates, picked apples, thinned, mulched, weeded, watered, fed the pigs, fundraised, held a chicken or two, and put on a pretty magical Fall Gathering. This is truly a community site.
In appreciation of that community, the Caretakers are hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Bonfire from 4pm - 7ish on our last Open Saturday, October 30th. Please RSVP to moonrandolph@gmail.com. There’ll be chili to keep us warm. (We’ll have some bowls and spoons but feel free to bring your own! Camp chairs might be nice too!)
